DECISIONS
How do we decide what to do?
With so many members giving so many good ideas how do we decide which idea is the best?  The answer
is we don't decide, you the members do.  How?  We have a system for evaluating posts and ideas.

RATING:  All members may rate posts or show ideas. Ratings are based on three criteria: Does the post or
idea actually make a sensible point?  Is the post or idea concise and respectful?  Is the post or idea well
presented, witty and memorable?  It's important to remember you do NOT have to agree with the idea or point
of the post to rate it as a "good post" or "good idea"!! For every rating a member makes he receives 1
feedback point.  1 RATING = 1 FEEDBACK PT.

AGREEMENT:  Simply put do you agree with the basic idea or post?  Do you disagree or perhaps you are
undecided or don't care.  1 AGREEMENT VOTE = 1 FEEDBACK PT
VOTES:  Each member has only ONE vote per week.  Just ONE.  Vote on the idea or post of all available that is
most important to you.  1 VOTE = 5 FEEDBACK POINTS

PASSION:  Passion gives more feedback on what is important to you, it's like investing money.  You can invest
many points on one particular idea or post( The max is 10 passion points) or invest a small amount on many
different posts.  The amount of passion points you have to invest is based on your membership.  1 PASSION
INVESTMENT = 2 FEEDBACK POINTS  (1 investment of 5 PASSION POINTS is just 1 investment and so you
will receive 2 FEEDBACK POINTS for that investment)
